Manager Legal & Authorizations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree preferred 5+ years of experience in corporate law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance in India
- Proven track record of managing legal and compliance matters for a large organization
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations, including data protection, compliance, labor laws, and intellectual property laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex legal and compliance issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement legal and compliance policies and procedures for Flix in India
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on a wide range of issues, including contracts, intellectual property, employment law, and litigation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection, labor laws, and intellectual property laws
- Manage external legal counsel and oversee all legal proceedings and disputes involving the company
- Negotiate and draft contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all business operations
- Conduct legal research and analysis to identify emerging legal issues and develop proactive strategies to address them
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of relevant legal and compliance requirements Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
