Qualification:
- LL.B.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to both legal and non-legal audiences.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify and creatively solve legal issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a law firm or related field
Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and providing legal advice
- Analysing legal documents and case law
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare legal documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings, and represent clients in court hearings and negotiations.
