Qualification:
- Strong knowledge of Law and experience in the Legal field.
- Excellent proficiency in Legal Research, drafting and Court proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed for conference and briefings.
Experience:
PQE 1-3 years preferably at Supreme court of India with an Advocate-on-record or Senior Advocate chamber.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough legal research
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits and opinions.
- Assisting in case management and strategy.
- Attending court proceedings and client meetings.
