Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work in Bangalore on a full time basis.
- Must have basic knowledge of securities law and regulations; compliance requirements for listed entities; and an understanding of capital market transactions.
- Must have knowledge on undertaking due diligences and preparing due diligence reports.
- Must have knowledge in corporate law and contract law.
- Must have English language proficiency in drafting and communication.
- Research capabilities must be very good.
Experience:
- PQE 0-4 years Associate (Capital Market)
