Junior Associate – General Corporate

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).
2. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and within a team.
4. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and reviewing agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, MOUs, and other corporate documents.
2. Assisting in due diligence and corporate advisory matters.
3. Providing legal support for transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
4. Conducting research and preparing opinions on corporate legal matters.
5. Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient delivery of client services.
