Qualifications:
- Experience in company secretarial matters and deep understanding of the Companies Act and other relevant legislation
- Proficient in drafting and preparing board papers, minutes, and resolutions
- Experience in filing returns and maintaining statutory books and registers
- Strong communication skills to interact with directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Law, or related field
- CS Qualification preferred
- Also should have knowledge of FEMA compliances
Responsibilities:
The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant legislation by maintaining the legal records of the company. Day-to-day tasks associated with this role will include preparing board papers, minutes, and resolutions, filing of returns, and maintaining statutory books and registers. The Company Secretary will also be responsible for communicating with various stakeholders, including directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
