Qualification:
Law-Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognised University (LLB Degree is a must)
Experience:
- Minimum Experience – 6 years.
- PQE 1-3 years of experience of team management.
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret contract provisions critically.
- Sound knowledge of commercial contracting, other principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies and industries.
