About:

Role:
Recovery/Legal Officer
Location:
Bengaluru, Karnataka
Qualification:
Graduation degree in BA LLB
Experience:
PQE 1-2 years of experience in filing cases on Section 138 and understanding the arbitration office /NBFC/ Banking Collection.
Responsibilities:
- Initiating Arbitration proceedings against delinquent customers.
- Drafting notice, agreements, and replying to the notice.
- Monitoring all the execution cases, also all section 138 cases, ensuring that all applications are honored on agreed turnaround time and taking necessary legal action
- Guiding and advising the collection team about the code of conduct that needs to be followed during the collection process.
