Our work entails multi thematic advisory work across ESG/ impact investing; workplace diversity and inclusion; workplace safety (anti harassment frameworks) and related policy advocacy as well. We are looking for candidates with atleast 1-2 years of work experience. Our work includes a comprehensive approach from legal, HR, DEI, and data lens.
Key skills required
- Strong ability for critical analysis, and lateral thinking;
- Good understanding of social and institutional barriers in inclusion across segments of diversity;
- Comfortable with data and data analysis
- Ability to independently conceptualise, and create programmes, initiatives and training content
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good research skills
- Knowledge of labour and employment laws (including PoSH), and a range of workplace policies preferred.
