2. Hope Foundation
About the Organisation

3. CINI (Child in Need Institute)
About the Organisation
CINI (Child in Need Institute) is an Indian non-government organisation (NGO), regarded as one of the most influential institutions working for poor children in India. Over more than four decades, they have been partnering with central and state government, national and international donors, non-government organisations and local communities to strengthen the capacity of deprived children and women to improve their health, nutrition, education and protection conditions. CINI is a registered non-profit non-government organisation (NGO) registered under the Societies Registration Act in India which work with over 1900 Indian professionals.

Interested candidates can apply by sending a letter of intimation from their concerned institutions to the Director of CINI stating the purpose and duration of the proposed internship at least one month in advance. The CV of the students / researchers is also required to be attached with the letter. The confirmation of proposed internship / research work would be sent after reviewing the documents.
4. People’s Union For Civil Liberties
About The Organisation
PUCL is the largest human rights organisation in the country, striving to defend civil liberties and human rights of all members of society.
Ever since 1980, the organisation has been expanding its membership and has established branches in all most all the states of India. Some of them have been good at mobilising public opinion through public demonstrations, while others have more successfully pursued public interest litigation in the courts. Their area of interest varies according to the interests and capacities of the elected office bearers and active members.

5. Human Rights Law Network (HRLN)
About The Organisation
Socio Legal Information Centre (SLIC) as a registered Society and Trust has established a division called the Human Rights Law Network (HRLN) to partner with coalitions and social movements in India for providing free legal aid and legal literacy programmes throughout India. This coalition comprises of NGOs, social movements, academics, students, activists, researchers, judges and lawyers in 24 states in India, dedicated to the use of the legal system to advance human rights, struggle against violations, and ensure access to justice for all.

6. Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (KSCF)
About The Organisation
The Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (KSCF) was established in 2004 under the leadership of Nobel Peace Laureate, Kailash Satyarthi to create a world which is worth living in for a child. 7. Salaam Bombay Foundation
About The Organisation
Salaam Bombay Foundation was started in 2002 to focus on adolescents in Mumbai’s slums. Salaam Bombay Foundation supports such at risk adolescents by engaging them through in secondary schools leadership and after secondary schools sports, arts and media programmes. Vocational skills development prepares them for future sustainable careers.

Once your CV is accepted you will be called for a short interview at their office. If you don’t live in Mumbai you can request for a telephonic interview.
