About:
The Centre for Communication Governance at National Law University Delhi (CCG) was established in 2013 to ensure that Indian legal education establishments engage more meaningfully with information technology law and policy and seek to embed good governance and constitutional principles in this domain. CCG undertakes academic research, provides policy input, and facilitates capacity building of stakeholders in this ecosystem at the domestic and international level to enable improved governance and policy making. Academic and related research on information technology law and policy tends to be disconnected from legislative, judicial and policy processes. CCG aims to bridge this gap by integrating academic research into legal and policy processes.
