Role:
The organisation is looking for a Real Estate Advocate with 2-4 years of relevant experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Responsibilities:
- To maintain and review legal matters from the time of acquisition of plot till completion and sales of the project.
- Co-ordinate with Land Scouters/ Brokers for Land Acquisition
- To oversee land survey with demarcation.
- To prepare legal documents related to land
- To be able to search, prepare and ascertain property title.
- Preparing, and updating weekly reports on the status of acquisitions
- To be able to search for documents regarding acquisition at courts, government offices, solicitor offices
- To coordinate between solicitors, advocates, legal consultants
- Due diligence of lands and structuring of deals
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing documentation related to the various types of tenanted and governmental schemes
- Vetting and Executing documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement, Deed of Gift, Will and Codicil, Documents related to Mortgage – Hypothecation – Pledge, Power Of Attorney, Affidavit and other documents pertaining to land acquisition
- Attending Court dates, facilitating proper replies, researching and coordinating with Legal Consultants.
PQE:
2-4 Years.
Salary:
5 – 6 lacs per annum, based on experience.
Mandatory Language Requirements:
English and Kannada.
