Positions:
IN-HOUSE ROLES
1. Data Protection Paralegal/ Associate- 6 months- £TBC
Must have:
- Previous Data Protection or Freedom of Information experience
- Worked in the public sector
- Experience managing cases and processing DP/ FOI requests
2. Paralegal (regulatory & enforcement)- 6 months- £16.59p/h
Must have:
- Prior disclosure experience
- An understanding of the Criminal Procedure & Investigations Act 1996, the legislation which governs criminal disclosure, together with the Code of Practice and related guidance
- Experience of reviewing large volumes of material.
