About:
Mr Shadan Farasat, Advocate Supreme Court, Chamber’s areas of practise are quite broad and includes Commercial Law, Arbitrations, Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Writ practise at the Supreme Court, as also High Courts, NCLT etc.
Role:
- A position for chamber associate will be opening in his chambers beginning November, 2022.
- Preferred profile is 2 years PQE as a litigation or transactional/commercial lawyer.
- However, promising fresh graduates will also be considered.
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate to the standard payment in the chamber litigation practise areas in Delhi and may to some extent depend on the extent of experience.
