Role:
The organisation is looking for Patent Drafting & Prosecution Professionals with relevant experience of 3-5 Years.
Required Candidate profile:
- Candidates should have Relevant experience in various technology domains preferably in Computer Science, Software, Electrical, Electronics & Communication.
- Registered Indian Patent Agent along with experience of Hearing at Indian patent office will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in US Prosecution will be preferred.
- Experience in client management would be a plus.
- Excellent Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal Skills are a must.
Required Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech./M.E./MTech in Electronics/Computer Science/Information Science from a Reputed Institute
Job Description:
- Candidate will have the primary responsibility of Drafting, Prosecution including Hearing of Patent Applications, Client management, and managing the timely execution of projects while maintaining the best quality standards.
- Suitable hands-on training will be provided to candidates with less experience.
