Role:
JKGA Law is looking to hire an associate for its corporate law practice. The firm handles a lot of VC transactions, general corporate advisory, and tech related work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years PQE, and knowledge and experience of VC transactions is an essential requirement.
- Should be able to close due diligence and transactions with limited supervision.
- Prior experience in fund formation would be an added plus.
- Remuneration will be as per market standards.
