Job Description:
Data tagging and Managed document review allows users to organize information more efficiently by associating pieces of information (websites or PII or PHI etc.) with tags, or keywords search. Tags are chosen informally and personally by the item’s creator or by its viewer, depending on the system.
Responsibilities:
The Associate will be responsible to
- Process/Segregate/Cleanse/Review the data provided in various formats as per the requirement of the process that change from time to time using Relativity platform. Should be proficient in using software tools & eye to detail on document review.
- Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data capture.
- Verifies and logs receipt of data.
- Identify the PII & PHI information from email and documents and extract the same
- Fixes issues with data files as per the guidelines
- Transfers information from scanned files including Images, PDFs, and Microsoft files, into a set format
- Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
- Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
- Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.
- Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.
