Key Responsibilities:
- Intellectual Property Right Management including management of IPR portfolio, Drafting and Reply to Cease and Desist Notices, domain name disputes.
- Manage all aspects of IPR ,Civil litigation disputes, Criminal Litigation and advise pre-litigation disputes, regulatory investigations, and other contentious matters.
- Work closely with various legal, product, and business team members to provide counseling on litigation disputes.
- Work with external legal counsel on specific matters ranging from regulatory issues to expert advice requests and to take an active role in litigation disputes.
- Research into new applicable laws, regulations and legal regime of new domains of business and prepare notes, case-studies and research on regulatory requirements, legal #risks and mitigation strategies.
- Research and analysis of various #orders , Judgements , policies, bills, amendments, notifications, relating to and impacting the Group
