About:
Adv. Ravish Kumar Goyal is the managing partner of RKG & Co, having more than 10 years standing at the bar, with pure litigation experience from trial courts to supreme court, with a firm hand on cross-examination, drafting, arguments, and legal research.
Role:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Attend court hearings on a daily basis in district courts of Delhi and the high court of Delhi
- Work on the drafting of suits, applications, complaints, notices, vetting on a daily basis, and legal research on a daily basis on legal issues with our guidance and nudging
- Prepare questions for cross-examination in our legal guidance and mentoring on daily basis – how to find out legal loopholes to win the case in an adverse party case and how to use them to prepare the best possible case by drafting, evidence and arguments
Skill(s) required:
English Proficiency (Written) and MS-Word
