Qualifications:
- Must have an LL.B. degree
- Well versed with Legal drafting & vetting.
- Must have FEMA, RBI, SEBI, Corporate Law exposure
- Good command over drafting legal contracts/documents.
- Keep abreast with the latest regulatory changes/ requirements and aid in adhering to such requirements.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Committed and ready to work under pressure
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity, excellent judgement, analytical skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Good Negotiation skill and general commercial acumen
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and administer all company-related contracts/documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments of the company and fulfil legal requirements at their end.
- Aid in obtaining licences and registrations from statutory authorities under various corporate, labour, and industrial legislations.
- Research, foresee, and protect the company against legal risks.
- Liaise with external advisers and consultants.
- Assist in developing legal framework, processes, and policies.
- Ad-hoc legal requirements.
