Qualifications:
- Applicants should be qualified solicitors (in Ireland) ideally with 2 to 4 years of relevant post qualification experience in a busy commercial litigation team.
- Experience managing a large caseload, drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel, managing case files to conclusion, and appearing before the Irish Courts, from the District Court up to the Supreme Court is required.
- Applicants should have experience of ADR, such as mediation and arbitration.
