Role: Associate – Patent Prosecution Electronic & Communications, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
PQE: 1-2 years in Patent
Location: Location: Gurugram/Bengaluru/Chennai
Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech + Registered Indian Patent Agent (preferably with a degree in law)
- First-hand experience in patent prosecution; thorough understanding of patent law and practice; comprehensive techno-legal understanding with the ability to quickly grasp and understand inventions, and experience in conducting hearings at the IPO will be preferred. Command over spoken and written English is a prerequisite.
