Role:
He has “two openings” for the position of junior advocates for his Andheri Office.
Requirements:
The incumbent should categorically possess “ALL” of the below qualities.
- He/she should have very good drafting skills.
- He/she should have very good command over English language.
- He/she should have “minimum one year and a maximum of three years” experience in Civl or Criminal litigation or Both.
- He/she should have “personally appeared” in High Court and City Civil Courts/Sessions Courts and Small causes courts/Magistrate Courts and should have independently argued matters.
Preference shall be given to below candidates
a) Candidates having experience on “BOTH” civil and criminal sides.
b) Candidates additionally having good command over Marathi Language.
Remuneration:
Remuneration shall be paid as under :
Rs. 25,000/- to 35,000 per month shall be paid for “the first three months” of probation period depending on the experience.
Note:
After three months, the candidate shall be given a minimum guaranteed average income of 50,000/- per month (through fixed retainer ship fee and extra payments for Court appearances).
There will be assured commercial growth each year for deserving candidates.
All payments/remuneration shall be released by 7th of each month for the preceding month.
