Legal Data Protection Lawyer APAC
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Law is essential
- Minimum of 5 years of legal work experience of working in a financial institution or a law firm which is oriented internationally in the data management field (preferable)
- Sound legal background and knowledge regarding APAC data protection and banking secrecy laws
- Outstanding legal, analytical and problem solving skills and exercise of judgment with high ethical and control standards
- Stakeholder-management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm, initiative, diligence and the capacity for hard work on own initiative and deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency and quality standards
- A strong drive to carry projects and matters through to successful completion with internal clients and stakeholders and being a true team-player who likes to share knowledge and has a willingness to learn
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
