Responsibilities:
- Drafting/reviewing and negotiations of various contracts / documents with counter-parties, and ensuring their expeditious execution;
- Work closely with the seniors to oversee and coordinate the formulation and finalization of contracts and ensure the company is following applicable regulations
- Structure and negotiate agreements with vendors, partners, and third party related to emerging technologies
- Liaison with both, business and clients for contracts and ensure compliance
- Tracking execution of final agreements, and ensuring proper filing of all the executed agreements / amendments;
- Keeping track of executed documents/agreements, and ensuring their timely renewals;
- Identify, plan and mitigate the risk areas and providing firm constructive advice in resolving complex work situations
- Responding to and addressing any concerns that employees, customers or vendors may have w.r.t any documentation / process
- Drafting legal correspondence, collating information and responding to legal issues related to government bodies, vendors, customers and employees
- Undertaking Legal Research with respect to key projects that may be undertaken by the Company
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the immediate senior and/or HOD
- Responding to legal notices and handling MIS functions for Advisory
- Manage good relations with external parties such as regulators, and external counsels
