PQE:
PQE 7 years
Location:
Gurgaon (Delhi NCR). Any (WFH), with the expectation of making oneself available whenever required by the firm and/or to meet with the client mandates, such as hearings, meetings, etc..
Qualifications:
PQE 7 years’ exclusively in IP law firms – 1 with primary focus on IP litigation & other with primary focus on IP prosecution.
Responsibilities:
Capable of independently handling all Trade Mark & Copyright prosecution (or litigation), attending hearings, briefing senior counsels, advising and strategizing, and handling day to day client interactions.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience & the industry standards.
