Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, Replies, Evidence & other legal documents for all matters.
- Legal Research on latest Judgement
- Client Coordination & Legal Opinion
- Attend court hearings, Arbitration proceedings
- Process Billing
- Advising Clients on status of matters
- Responsible for all Arbitration proceedings and documents including statements of claim, notes of arguments and affidavits.
