Qualifications:
- Must be serious towards pursuing a career in litigation.
- Must be Familiar with procedural laws such as CrPC, CPC etc and SCC/ Manupatra.
- The candidate ought to have a strong foundational understanding of the law and the jurisprudential underpinnings thereof.
- Must have some basic drafting experience.
The applicant ought to have successfully completed an LLB course from any Institute/University recognized by the BCI and must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
