Qualifications:
- Atleast 2 years of experience in Corporate, Labour, Compliances, Contracts and Agreements.
- Must be graduate in Law from a reputed Law college or University with atleast 2 years of experience in corporate and civil matters.
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they are in compliance with company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations.
- Prepare contractual agreements using current research methods and a knowledge of a clients needs and ability to fulfil its requirements.
- End to end contract lifecycle management.
- Reviewing, redlining vetting different types of agreements.
- Drafting different types of agreements.
- Having experience in collections and recovery will be an added advantage.
