Legal Executive
Qualifications:
- Should have completed graduation in law and have
- 2 to 3+ years experience as an in-house counsel in a real estate sector and must be well versed with RERA laws and compliance procedure.
- Litigation management and compliance.
- Procurement of all related documents etc, must have knowledge of various laws/rules related to real estate
- Should be well versed with Real estate laws/rules/compliance procedures, liaison with relevant department for approvals, Statutory compliance
- Must have the ability to draft legal documents, Agreements, sale deeds, notices etc.,
- Should be able to handle all legal matters related to Real Estate, expertise in understanding relevant aspects of law, ensure proper compliance with regard to RERA laws.
- Must know Kannada language.
