Qualifications:
- Capability to manage disputes and capacity to handle high stake litigation at short notice
- Expertise and experience in drafting resolution plans, merger/amalgamation schemes renewing of resolution plans and scheme of management
Desired Skill Sets
- Substantive knowledge and understanding of laws/rules relating to corporate and commercial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy laws, arbitration, and dispute resolution
- Experience wrt Appearance and Filing in High Courts, NCLT Benches, NCLT DET
- Excellent drafting/writing and presentation skills
- Skills for coordination with Client and Counsel
- Extensive Research Skills and more particularly on various Case index platforms
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility would include review of documents, strategizingand client counselling before courts and tribunals, briefing Senior Counsels.
