About:
Representing clients all over India in matters pertaining to primarily Divorce, Domestic Violence, Dowry, Child Custody, Maintenance, FIR under section 498A, 323, 504, 506, 406, 376, 377, 3/4 DP Act, Bails at Lower Court and High Court, Stay on arrest, Consumer Builder Disputes, Cheque Bounce, Cheating, Forgery, Eviction, Partition Suit, Recovery Suit and many more.

Qualifications:
- The incumbent should be a lawyer registered with the Bar Council of Delhi / Uttar Pradesh or any other State but eligible to practice in India.
- He/She must have the qualities to be a team member amongst lawyers and clerks of the law firm and report to a Senior.
- He/She must have excellent command over the English language and proficiency in basic computer operations.
- The medium of instruction at school must compulsorily be from English Medium.
- Experience of a corporate company will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- He/She shall be expected to be a part of a small team of in-house junior lawyers and coordinate matters with other Advocates.
- He/She shall be expected to draft applications and/or make appearances before the High Courts and trial courts with respect to Writs, Mediation, Criminal Law, Matrimonial Cases, General Civil Laws, etc.
- Candidates would also be expected to coordinate with outstation advocates over calls and emails at regular intervals for matters.
