Responsibilities:
- Compliance under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations, Filings with ROC (Startups, Private and listed entities)
- Drafting of agendas, minutes of Board/ Committee/ General meetings, keeping track of regulatory updates, co-ordinating with clients
- Assistance in Business Valuation
- Advisory to Startups, Compliances related to raise funding
- Drafting of Shareholders Agreement, Terms Sheet
- RBI Compliances for FDI, ODI and ECB
- Trademark Filing and complete exposure of dealing in Trademark
