Associate Principal Consultant (Legal)
Qualifications:
- Experience -9 to 13 years.
- Excellent knowledge of International Contract Laws, IT Laws, Data Privacy & Protection Laws especially EU-GDPR.
- Understanding of Intellectual Property concepts and issues.
- Hands-on experience of vetting, drafting, redlining of legal documents for clients and suppliers – NDAs, Distribution and Reseller agreements, Software Licenses, Maintenance and Support agreements, Consultancy, Software Development, Outsourcing Services, Application Services Provision.
- Administration and legal risk management.
- RFP review and Risk Analysis.
- Post Contracting Issues including Data Protection Agreements (EU-GDPR), Partnership Agreements.
- Excellent understanding of Software business
- Excellent communication skills with maturity to work with senior stakeholders within the organization and with global customers.
- Ability to negotiate complex contracts with customers.
- Ability to identify risks, address issues and resolve problems.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgement and commercial awareness.
- Excellent team player.
