- Should have exposure to Labour Law.
- Handled litigation issues.
- Should be thorough in Drafting , Vetting , Contracts etc
- Labour Audits.

- 4-6 years of work experience in similar area in individual capacity with a MNC/reputed law firm (minimum 3 years of relevant experience of working in similar role IT/ITES services for US market )7-9 years of work experience in similar area in individual capacity with a MNC/reputed law firm -experience of working in similar role IT/ITES services for US market )9-11 years of work experience in similar area in individual capacity with a MNC/reputed law firm -experience of working in similar role IT/ITES services for US market )
