Qualifications:
- LLB minimum, good knowledge of arbitration, civil and contract laws.
- Freshers may also apply.
- Candidates from tri-city area will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities would include drafting petitions, applications, replies and rejoinders and appearing before arbitral tribunals, High Courts of Punjab & Haryana and Delhi and District Courts in ad-hoc and institutional arbitration cases.
Salary:
Minimum salary 15k
