Qualifications:
- 3-5 years. with PQE
- They are looking for a young professional who is willing to undertake extensive travels as per the job role requirement.
- The candidate should be well versed in Consumer Law, NI Act, Contract and Labour Law, ADR and shall report to the GC directly.
- People who have handled similar roles in law firms/private practice.
Responsibilities:
Handle consumer/civil/138/arbitration matters pan India from FMCG, FMCD/ Service Industry.
