Qualifications:
- Litigation experience of a minimum of 3-4 years.
- LLB Degree
- 2-3 year professional working experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must be good in drafting and research and preferably has handled clients in the past
- Must possess excellent conversation skills.
- Must possess excellent drafting and writing skill
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing a team of Junior Associates with a comprehensive understanding of the law, court craft, and procedure.
- Develop strategies for day-to-day court case proceedings.
- Delegation of legal research, drafting, and court appearance assignments to Junior Associates.
- Follow-up with Junior Associates.
- Cater to issues and problems of Junior Associates and mentor them regularly.
- Drafting and court appearances.
- Drafting pleadings, opinions, and research for matters
- Preparation for hearings including final hearings
- Preparation of briefing notes, notes for hearing and written submissions
- Handle matters from start to end
