Assistant Manager Legal
Qualifications:
- Should have completed BA LL.B/LL.M from a reputed college.
- Qualified Company Secretary is preferable but not mandatory.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in either an in-house role or corporate law firm.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Strong professional ethics and integrity.
- High analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Knowledge of basic principles of contracts.
- Able to handle matters independently while being a team player.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and good time management.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Contract life cycle management of executed contracts.
- Interact with other teams and stakeholders for legal matters of the organization.
- Handle compliance related to contracts and documents.
- Advice management on necessary legal matters and handle compliance with applicable regulatory laws.
- Maintain a repository of all documents executed for regulatory compliance.
- Keep track of regulatory updates and ensure organizational compliance with such regulations.
- Coordinate with external counsel and consultants handling legal and compliance matters of the organization.
- Independently able to handle finance documents related to equity and debts.
- Ensure timely compliance of provisions relating to the Companies Act, 2013.
- Preparing secretarial documents and maintaining the database.
