Advocate Niharika Ahluwalia is an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court, New Delhi. The Chamber primarily focuses in civil litigation before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Debt Recovery Tribunal, various District Courts of Delhi.

Qualifications:
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in law.
• The candidate must have good researching and drafting skills.
• The candidate will be responsible for assisting in drafting, researching and appearances in various Courts in Delhi.
• Candidates having experience in handling NCLT and NCLAT matters, will be preferred.
