Qualifications:
- Applicant should have experience of minimum one year and upto two years.
- As is required in our profession, all Applicants should have the confidence and the ability to lead cases and not merely follow instructions.
- Applicant should have excellent communication skills (which means that he/she should communicate properly within the team, as well as with the clients and keep all briefs ready much in advance. The Applicant should have full confidence to lead all cases without any senior.
- To ensure competence and confidence, the Applicant should have personally appeared and argued before Magistrate Courts, Sessions Court, small causes or other civil Courts as well as High Court having civil and criminal jurisdiction.
- Applicant should have very good drafting skills, as well as very good command over English Language.
- Applicant should have the ability to do research and draft all civil and criminal proceedings on his/her own and should only approach the senior MERELY for GUIDANCE, AND “not for corrections of drafts”.
- Applicant should be dedicated, responsible and should be able to meet timelines.
Salary:
First two months the payment shall between Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month depending on the work experience. During this period the candidate has to familiarise himself/herself with my working style and approach.
After two months the candidate shall be additionally paid Court Appearances. Thus after two months the deserving candidate with about one year experience shall take home a “minimum of 30,000/- per month which could even cross 40,000 per month depending on the work load and also depending on the ability of the Advocate to handle work.
Besides the above Adv. Rizwan Siddiquee will pay all Advocates food allowance and travelling allowance if they are working on urgent matters beyond 10 p.m. All Advocates sitting late for such urgent work are further allowed to report late the next morning.
In addition to the above the candidate will also entitled to one month pay as bonus and 18 days of earned leaves in a year, once they are confirmed after probation.
