Qualifications:
- Graduate, preferably with a legal degree (LLB).
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in legal operations, with at least 1 year in Triage, Intake, Contract Management Lifecycle.
- Ability to deliver client SLAs and internal KPIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work collaboratively with global teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and related software programs.
- Strong client-service and customer orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Accept, acknowledge, and triage customer requests as per process guidelines.
- Analyze customer requests for content, validity, and urgency.
- Interface with multiple functional areas to investigate cases and acquire information.
- Accurately review and enter required data points.
- File and record responses in a timely and accurate manner within provided systems.
- Respond to customer requests promptly and proactively communicate with customers.
- Identify and escalate emergency requests as needed.
- Clarify request information, issues, and inquiries.
- Manage open and unresolved tasks.
- Discover workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions to improve operations.
- Cross-skill across teams to other work types.
