Role:
Senior Consultant
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Post graduate qualification in sustainability-related fields
- MBA, CA, CFE, CIA, or CISA a plus.
- Good hands on experience from a top-tier consulting firm, NGO or corporate role driving
- ESG-related initiatives including ESG research, ESG strategy preparation or consulting,
- ESG due diligence, risk management or limited assurance
- Knowledge in Carbon accounting, ESG focused investing, sustainable finance, analysis of corporate sustainability strategy is a plus
- Robust interpersonal skills
- Robust written and presentational skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences
- Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality
- Good written communication skills including documentation of findings and recommendations
- Position requires the ability to conduct compliance, operational and / or financial audits from start to finish. This includes drafting of audit program, conducting kick [1] off meetings, walkthroughs, design assessment, testing operational effectiveness, conducting project close meetings, and drafting the written report.
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Robust understanding of the risk, audit, and controllership domain
Responsibilities:
- Working on reduction of carbon footprint & net zero carbon emission.
- Fair understanding of Ecovadis, supplier diversity and SBTi
- Identifying sources and creating processes for collecting and tracking current engagement
- Follow-up with supplier and Procurement for outstanding sustainability engagements
- Knowledge in Carbon accounting, ESG focused investing, sustainable finance, analysis of corporate sustainability strategy.
- Measuring Environmental Performance through ESG modules
