Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate
- Experience of 4-6 years in trade operations
- Should have prior knowledge in processing of trade finance products like Export Collections & regularization, Remittances, Imports and worked in operations set up.
- Good team player who is self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight timeline
- FCUBS (Flex cube core banking solution) knowledge is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- The Executive is responsible for the accurate error free and timely processing of day today trade finance transactions
- To process transactions as per specified service level agreements adhering to internal and regulatory guidelines
- Handling & scrutinizing trade documents with due diligence.
- Follow up of outstanding import and export bills
- Preparing MIS & sending reminders/ swifts to clients on outstanding bills
- Ensuring all transactions comply to internal policies and procedures as well as RBI/FEMA guidelines on forex transactions
- Work with the Team Manager to plan and provide support and guidance for setting new processes
- Work with Team Manager and take joint responsibility to control the workflow and ensure process efficiencies are achieved, team performance is optimised, Service Level Agreement are met by ensuring productivity and accuracy measures are in place

- Meticulous, fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to work independently in a fast paced working environment
- Good team player who is self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight timeline
