Role:
Analyst Legal
Qualifications:
- Company secretary and Law (LLB) with 1-3 years of experience working on secretarial matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in groups.
Responsibilities:
- Extend support to the CS to ensure compliances with Companies Act and related rules applicable to the Company
- Independently draft Agenda, Minutes and other documentations relating to Board meeting, committee meetings and general meetings
- Maintain statutory registers and secretarial records and ensure necessary filing with ROC
- Handle Compliance Management System deployed in the Company and resolve queries from users
- Support CSR team of the Company with queries on the projects to be undertaken by the Company in compliance with statutory requirement
- Proactive approach in providing updates on changes in legal framework and ensure implementation of changes if appliable to the Company
- Supporting stakeholders for completion of internal and statutory audit
- Implementing processes and systems to ensure good management of the secretarial function
