Role:
Sr. Analyst – India Legal Team
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and exposure to various laws/ regulations related to company’s operations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance management tool and provide requisite support on usage of tool, change process, updates on new/amended laws to various stakeholders.
- Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing compliance data; prepare executive level reports, highlighting key trends, for the purpose of Leadership review, regulatory/ audit compliance reporting.
- Prepare training materials (including computer-based trainings) and conduct training (employees)
- Oversee and monitor compliances with applicable laws and regulations of India including laws related to information technology
- Work closely and creatively with other functions in their respective statutory compliances and provide support and guidance to internal teams on respective compliance matters.
- Primary responsible for managing compliance management tool and preparation of the compliance reports at regular interval.
- Update on regulatory changes to various teams to align with new compliance requirements.
- Participate and lead group initiatives.
- Actively working on training and building awareness.
