Role:
Legal, Compliance and Secretarial lead
Qualifications:
- LLB/LLM (Premier institute), Qualified Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant.
- 6-10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in the big 4 audit firms in audit OR a law firm OR Practicing CA/CS would be advantage.
- Excellent communication – verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Legal/Secretarial function for the office.
- Preparation, conduct and compliances for all Board and CSR meetings.
- Draft policies, responsible for all third-party contracts and compliance function for the office.
- Finalization of Transfer Pricing/Tax APA with regulators.
- Preparation, conduct and compliances for all Board and CSR meetings.
- Responsible for Legal due diligence, audits, and legal opinions for the company.
- Ideate, conceptualize, and implement process improvements.
