Assistant Manager Legal

Qualifications:
- Years of experience – 5+ years of relevant experience in non-litigation legal activities in HFC or NBFC
- LLB from a reputed law school
- Proven comparable experience in handling legal matters with a HFC or NBFC
- Preferably hold knowledge of Financial Law and Property Law and regulations, i.e SARFAESI Act 2002, Transfer of Property Act, Contract Act, RBI Guideline and regulations, SEBI guidelines, NHB regulations
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Individual contributor with proven ability to prioritise and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy
- Must have excellent command over spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to review all the retail transactions pertaining to Loan Against Property for all the locations
- Reviewing pre disbursement checklists and contents including various compliance certificates
- Drafting of loan and security documents for big ticket size cases
- Drafting and vetting various legal documents and replies to notices
- Review the legal risks involved in various deals/processes and share the same with the management
- Co-ordinate with the empanelled legal vendors for APF
- Maintain legal records/MIS of all the cases including agreements, legal compliance, checklist, etc.
