Associate- Legal
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate should have experience in contract management. Experience in vetting or reviewing of contracts for service
- 4-6 years of work experience in similar area in individual capacity with a MNC/reputed law firm (minimum 3 years of relevant experience of working in similar role IT/ITES services for US market )
- 7-9 years of work experience in similar area in individual capacity with a MNC/reputed law firm -experience of working in similar role IT/ITES services for US market )
- 9-11 years of work experience in similar area in individual capacity with a MNC/reputed law firm -experience of working in similar role IT/ITES services for US market )
Responsibilities:
- Should have exposure to Labour Law
- Handled litigation issues
- Should be thorough in Drafting , Vetting , Contracts etc·
- Labour Audits
- Should possess excellent communication skills
- Should possess leadership skills
