Qualification:
- Must have completed or be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Good docketing skills (online & offline).
- Good knowledge of MS office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with data management systems and software.
- Good knowledge of trademark/opposition filing and review and able to handle solely.
- Ability to perform research and keep track of deadlines and routine follow ups.
- Willing to work towards closure/filing of cases within due date.
- Ability to collaborate with other team and work independently.
- Must be well-organized
- Good record keeping and communication skills
- It would be a plus if the candidate has some experience with patent prosecution work.
- The candidate should also good computer skills and proficient knowledge in writing emails and documents in English.
- It is absolutely essential that the candidate have a good attitude towards work and the willingness to learn and prosper in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should be able to handle day-to-day client deliverables fairly independently and should have good law firm experience in handling trademark prosecution matters, working with large trade mark portfolios, oppositions, cancellations, etc.
